Job Description

An industry leading Vehicle Tracking, Telematics and Software provider are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to join its Operations team base in the UK. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinatingall aspects of the UK and European 2G/4G Swap Out Project, from planning and resource allocation to execution and monitoring.

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of the Swap Out Project by the agreed deadline. Establish project goals, identify project risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including both building additional human resource into operations, finance and support teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project, and also building capacity into the external installer network. The ProjectManager should assign tasks and manage project teams to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project execution and monitor progress against project plans. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. This includes Liaising with both the internal installations team, and the external installernetwork via operations in the UK and Europe to ensure a strong team are in place to reliably handle the capacity of the rollout programme - this may include bringing on installers as employees as a consideration. Liaising with the stock and telematics teamon a consistent basis with regards to stock availability and timelines to efficiently plan out short term and longer term swap out programme timing.
  • Communication: Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including the Operations Board, project team members, and customers.
Package: £50,000 - £60,000 base salary with additional benefitsThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
