You can view our YouTube video to see more about our workJob descriptionThe ChallengeThis is an exciting opportunity to provide Portfolio Office support to six vitally important programmes of compliance and assurance work for Defence Infrastructure Organisation, Regional Delivery. This role will support coordination and reporting of progress against key deliverables to avoid Risk to Life (RtL) Project Management governance, stakeholder engagement, and interrogation of existing databases to assist in identification of risk and issues is integral to the role.ResponsibilitiesA PfMO/Data C2 is responsible for providing portfolio management office and data managment support to the Portfolio of Assurance and Compliance Programmes responsible for facilitating/minuting meetings, actions, risks, issues and other governance activities as required. Using your initiative to produce and maintain databases for storage and retrieval of portfolio information. Interrogating databases to provide assurance of compliance activities. Post LocationThe post is in Northern Ireland. DIO Interventions Team are based across the UK including Northern Ireland. We offer a flexible base location for this role and will therefore make one of these locations your duty station where possible. Where this is not possible we will look to assign an alternative MOD establishment as your duty station. Work location will be agreed once the successful candidate has been selected.
