Job Description

A dynamic, award winning, PLC manufacturer/distributor of building products.With a network of 200 Branches, they know that their people are the greatest asset to the companys success, taking this into account, they are delighted to be growing the business further, as an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager has arisen to provide support to the Head office function.The role involves creating, co-ordinating and implementing multi-channel digital marketing communications as part of our marketing strategy and plans, and as a response to market and channel developments. The primary focus is on outbound communications (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) to drive brand awareness and generate leads for additional revenue and return on investment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outbound digital strategy and activity planning
  • Marketing Automation Platform operation
  • Production and Asset management
  • Creative and messaging management
  • Budget management
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • ROI calculations
  • Marketing Plan gantt chart activity
  • PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) content plan implementation
  • PESO Metrics
  • Monthly digital marketing reports
  • APPLICANTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and tactics and what’s appropriate to B2B2C technical product business and customer needs
  • Ability to communicate with and engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills to deliver campaigns and activities to time and budget
  • Ability to effectively operate marketing technology systems - CRM, ERP, MA, specialist analytics tools
  • Data analysis, interpretation and appropriate action ability
  • Operation of Marketing Automation Platforms, Website CMS systems, Google suite of tools including Analytics, Social media monitoring tools, Email and Survey tools
  • People management experience - direct and agency
