Job Description

Linux Devops Engineer – Linux – Redhat – Centos – Server – Infrastructure – Network – Ansible - Puppet - Saltstack – Java – Cloud - PermanentLinux Devops Engineer is required to join a leading global business in Newcastle-Under Lyme. The Linux Server Engineer will be responsible for managing the server estate globally, system automation and Java Support.Salary: £50,000-£60,000Location: Midlands - Newcastle Under Lyme Key Skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience deploying and supporting Linux Redhat/Centos/Suse in a commercial environment
  • Experience with System Automation using tools like Ansible/Puppet/ChefGood understanding of troubleshooting/managing DNS, HTTP, SSL, LDAP
  • Experience in supporting JAVA based applications
  • Experience working with large global server estates

  • Good understanding of various Devops technologies and tools
