Internal Sales Engineer (Fluent in French and English)Are you a talented and amitious with a passion for engineering / technical products. We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Engineer who is fluent in French.   • Serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and offer technical support to customers in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities within the French market.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve successful sales closures.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and build relationships.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Qualification in Engineering / Physics or a related field is highly desirable OR proven experience in technical sales or customer support in an engineering industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.
