HR Business Partner (regional) | £60,000 - £68,000 | East Midlands or Remote working - some regional travel requiredCherry Professional are pleased to be be working with a Global, complex organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.This role would not suit your average HR Business Partner though - this organisation is looking for a truly strategic, commercial and business focused partner who will add value through working closely with senior stakeholders.The role...As part of the senior mangement team you will contribute to the delivery of business strategy and performance through strategic and operational use of HR strategies.Ensure that the organisational sturcture is fit to deliver business objectives.Work closely with business leaders to identify talented individuals and ensure that succession planning and appropriate training is in place.Coach business leaders and provide advice / guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Improve management capability and drive best practice and accountability across their teams.Ensure efficient talent mapping / planning is undertaken so that actions are taken to address current and future skills gaps, retention plans and reward initiatives are aligned to effective resource plans.Ensure there is a thorough understanding of sales pipeline and engage with resourcing team to ensure that appropriate recruitment plans are in place.Develop and manage a comprehensive HR dashboard using KPIs to target improvements and drive delivery.Provide expert HR advice to effectively resolve complex employee relations issues.Skills and experience...To be successful in this role you must have worked in a large (ideally global) and complex organisation.
