Job Description

Hoop Human Resources are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work for a UK wide Care organisation. Ideally this role is to be based in the Midlands area, but our client would consider further afield as you will be able to work remotely, butthere would be UK travel for 2 days a week. This organisation has recently gone through a merger, so this role will support with this from a people perspective.This role will be a huge support to the HRD and Group Head of People Operations as well as other site HR managers across the organisation.There will be a large focus on HR projects which will include:* Policy review - Working closely with the HRD to revise Group policies and then support the divisions to re-issue them across the organisation.* Initialise T&Cs Harmonisation - Work on a contract to harmonise terms and conditions harmonisation across the group level* Re-organisation / Re-structure - support the divisional People lead with an organisational restructure* Access People systems Implementation - drive the progress of the systems implementation projectIn addition to the projects this role will support for the People & Culture Director, support for the divisions in the day to day people issues that are challenging to them across all stages of the employee lifecycle. This role will also support divisions withreporting and data capture.Travel information: This role can be remotely based anywhere in the UK however travel to services will be required a few days a week so potentially 1 overnight stay per week. Sites are based 1 x London, 1 South of London and 1 near Manchester, so you wouldneed to be prepared to make these trips on a regular basis. Driving/ train is easily accessible to the sites and travel can be coordinated in advance so unlikely it would be a last minute request.This is a busy role, working with a fun team who work hard to make this organisation a great place to work! It is a really exciting time to join them as this company is growing and developing with some interesting projects along the way.Salary: up to £50,000 paBonus: up to 10%Contracted Hours: 40 per weekWorking Days: Mon-FriBase: Working from home with 2 days in the services a week (although this is not every week and can be coordinated as needed)Pension: 5% Employee, 3% Employer (standard Auto Enrolment)Annual Leave: 5 weeks + Bank Holidays paTo be considered for this role you must have previous previous experience in a strategic HR role for at least 3 years where you have been involved in large scale projects, especially redundancies and restructures. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and willhave worked in a fast paced environment where you have been central to change management. It would be advantageous to have had previous experience working within the Care sector.
