Digital Strategist - FTC 12-14 monthsLocation: East Midlands / HybridSalary: Negotiable, plus excellent benefitsAs the Digital Strategist for an award-winning creative agency, you will be able to digest data to uncover consumer insight, take the complexity of digital marketing to create a compelling strategy to help he creative and account teams execute effectivedigital campaigns that integrates social media, digital media, influencers, digital events, web content, gaming and messaging platforms.To be successful in this role you will need: At least 5 years digital agency experience Experience in creating insight to formulate clear strategies Able to understand how culture, brands, technology and stories intersect and influence people Ability to understand how different shopper and consumer audiences engage on different platforms and the impact that hopping between online and offline experiences has on buying behaviour Able to map the shopper journey and identify the best paths to conversion Drive digital strategies that will be joined up with multiple components working together to deliver clients objectives A good understanding of brand strategy and how to structure a compelling narrativeA broad and well-rounded digital skillset, including experience with:o Social media content strategy, community management and paid media on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest etc.o Google marketing platforms including Adwords and YouTubeo Digital display advertisingo Brand websites, competition mechanics and digital sales incentive programmeso DTC ecommerce and marketplaces (like Amazon)o Experience with influencer marketing and content creatorso Experience with CRM systemsKeywords:Shopper Marketing, Creative Agency, Retail Marketing, Insights, Marketing Strategy, Market Research, Retail Insights, FMCG, Senior Planner, Strategist, Strategy, Retail Agency, Data Analyst, Insights, Creative Briefs, Creative Planning, Social Media, PPC,Content Strategy, Paid Media, Digital Strategy
