The role covers all areas of Events and Production. We can offer a basic salary of £40,000- £45,000. Your contractedhours will be 40 hours and this is working 5/7 days so flexibility will be required.Sous Chefs with high end event experience will be considered for this role. You must have previous experience in Events, Conferencing and Banqueting. A proven demonstration of leading teams on events will also be preferred to show you can manage and lead chefson busy eventsCore business will be Lunches, Canape Events, Bowl Food Function and and buffets, You will lead events off site and manage a team of freelance and agency chefs as well.
