Job Description

Sous Chef

  • Annual Salary: £26k - £30k
  • Location: E1, London
  • Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in a creative and friendly environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional looking to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of our kitchenoperations. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee and supervise kitchen staff, train and teach to the staff daily
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management.
  • Maintain high-quality food standards and ensure the kitchen’s cleanliness and condition.
  • Keep stations clean and comply with food safety regulations.
  • Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff training and kitchen management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Creative flair with a passion for food and culinary excellence.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability in work scheduling, including potential weekend events.
