Job Description

Job: Sales Team Manager (Hybrid Remote + London)This company is on a mission to transform digital fundraising by building the technology that empowers great causes. Their donations, event registration, and fundraising platform currently supports more than 4,000 charities to raise millions of pounds ayear. Launched in 2012, they’ve come a long way — they’ve raised a Series A with social-impact focussed investors, grown their team to close to 70 people, and they’re looking to continue growing at an accelerated pace.Role:They’re looking for a Mid-Market Sales Team Manager in their Commercial team, based in London. An exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling, socially driven organisation and progress your career in Sales. Reporting to their Head of Enterprise Sales, you’llbe critical in growing and further developing relationships with their top clients and also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people in order to create a real impact.How you’ll contribute:Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team of six reps focused on acquiring new clients within the charity sector.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to their mid-market sales team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous sales performance.Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimise sales strategies.Feedback: Regularly feedback trends and challenges being faced by their team and offer solutions to overcome them.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all company solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition in sales pursuits.About you:Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales management role, preferably at a SaaS business.Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing a high-performing sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A strategic mindset with an ability to analyse data and market trends to drive sales strategies.Skilled at working across multiple teams internally to achieve desired results.Strong internal and external influencer.Affable, personable and enjoys presenting to groups of all sizes and levels.Genuine desire to work with the charity sector to help their clients achieve their missions.Other Stuff:£’s; basic salary up to £45k + uncapped commission (£60k OTE)Benefits; flexible hours with the option to work from home up to 3 days a week, early Friday finish, a generous equity options scheme, one paid day to fundraise for a charity of your choice, 25 days holiday and bank holidays (33 in total), 5 days of unpaidholiday, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, your birthday off, 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years, work from abroad for up to 4 weeks of the year, private health insuranceLocation; London E1 with the option to work from home up to 3 days per weekNB: for non-UK Citizens: we cannot accept applications from anyone requiring sponsorship (now or in the future) for UK permanent employment status.
