Job Description

Are you a skilled and compassionate Neurologist seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team Day Webster Recruitment Agency is currently recruiting for a Neurologist to provide expert neurological care to patients and contribute tothe advancement of neurology services.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients presenting with various neurological conditions, including but not limited to stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and movement disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and best practices
  • Provide ongoing management and follow-up care for patients with neurological disorders, including medication management, lifestyle interventions, and referral to appropriate speciality services as needed
  • Perform procedures and interventions as required, such as lumbar punctures, nerve conduction studies, and botulinum toxin injections, ensuring safe and effective patient care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and clinical audits to review patient outcomes, discuss complex cases, and identify areas for service improvement
  • Contribute to teaching and training activities for medical students, junior doctors, and other healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Engage in research and quality improvement projects within the neurology department, with opportunities to collaborate with academic institutions and contribute to advancements in the field of neurology
Requirements:
  • Medical degree from a recognized institution and completion of speciality training in neurology, with full registration and license to practice with the relevant regulatory body
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of neurological conditions, with strong clinical acumen and proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging studies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues and communicate complex medical information in a clear and empathetic manner
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a patient-centered approach and a focus on optimizing outcomes and improving the quality of life for individuals with neurological disorders
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
