Work for a fantastic membership organisation as a Governance Manager (interim)Work closely with the Company Secretary to provide excellent governance and decision-making arrangements for the group, ensuring compliance with the Charter and bye-laws and additional regulatory requirements.Plan, manage and coordinate the work of senior level meetings, including developing agendas, quality assurance and, distributing meeting papers, taking minutes of complex and sensitive discussions and following up on agreed actions. Manage the governancetimetable including ensuring Directors and SLT have early warning of commissioned papers. Ensure formal approvals and decisions are appropriately documented and recorded.What we look for
