Job Description

This international charity helps prevent a dangerous disease from spreading across the world. They also offer treatment to people who have been affected by the disease. They work across Africa and Asia with a wide range of organisations.The HR team is located at their London Headquarters and youll be part of a team of nine. The HR team is friendly and outgoing and my clients looking for someone with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships. The organisation uses Cascade so a knowledge of that HR system would be desirable.The main duties of this important HR generalist position include providing advice and guidance to managers and colleagues in regard to complex ER cases, employee engagement and L&D. Youll also be developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Another exciting part of the job is to deal with all international recruitment for the countries in your portfolio. An interest and understanding of Safeguarding is also very desirable.The post holder must be fluent in both English and either French or Spanish. The HR and Recruitment Advisor will need be confident at working at a distance and happy to travel abroad when required. You must be CIPD qualified to level 5 or above. You will need a strong knowledge of UK Law and supervising payroll.
