This is a fixed term opportunity until 31st March 2025About the TeamCase Preparation and Presentation (CPP) is a multidisciplinary team responsible for preparing and presenting cases referred to the Fitness to Practise Committee for fair and timely conclusions. CPP is an effective and cohesive team and is the largest in theDirectorate.Legal support is a small team, that sits within CPP.About the roleTo ensure all Fitness to Practise hearings are allocated to a case presenter. Coordinate the activity of internal and external case presenters, ensuring that they have the right experience taking into account the complexity of the hearings. This is a fast paced,dynamic role, where the activity is constantly changing.To be proactive in the identification and resolution of complex problems which may arise, whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail with a high volume workload.This role will be the first point of contact for all external legal entities, so will require the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships.About YouYou need to be dynamic and be able to work under pressure. You should be resilient, flexible and hard working.• Excellent time management and organisational skills.• Highly developed accuracy and attention to detail.• Diary management experience• Excellent experience and knowledge of quality assurance measures,• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets.• Demonstrable administration experience.• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions and also be a good team player.• Ability to work within a tight procedural framework.
