To focus on the UK Residential market split between North & South. The Site System Manager will ensure House builder specifications are being adhered to on site with only British Gypsum products beingused for Drylining gaining maximum value from our housing agreements and market share through our value and product leadership proposition.Within this role we anticipate that your time will be spent working from home as a base and predominantly on the road and attending customer and site visits.What experience are we looking for

• Ability to create relationships with allocated key partnership accounts to deliver technical support
• Responsibility for ensuring installation of British Gypsum product specification of housing projects, working collaboratively with the site to ensure maximum commercial advantage and commitment through the supply chain
• Ensuring compliance across all sites with BG specified system products, promoting our plasterboard Recycling Service and arranging subsequent visits where necessary
• Ensure complete system compliance is maintained with the ability to overcome objections about non-compliance
• Policing site compliance management and promoting new products with our House builder accounts
• Working collaboratively, gaining maximum value from our Housing agreements, through our value and product leadership proposition by interacting with a multitude of stakeholders of varying authority levels on site

What skills are we looking for

• Ability to converse with multiple stakeholders at varying authority levels and different job roles
• Overcoming objections
• Experience in the Dry lining & Plastering industry preferred
• Knowledge of the Construction Market coupled with procurement knowledge
• Technical capability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; working with a wide range of colleagues and clients
