IT Service Desk Analyst6 week Contract - Flexible Working with 1/2 days per week onsite£15 per hour via UmbrellaMy client seeks an individual with experience working in a similar position for the role of IT Service Desk Analyst.As expected with a role of this nature, candidates will be able to provide 1st line support on Windows 10, O365 / 365 Apps, E-mail, Citrix. Mobile devices, iPads etc. Candidates should also be proficient in Installing, Upgrading, Configuring & SupportingHardware / Software, use of Asset Management Systems and in Providing Remote / Onsite Support.Candidates should be dynamic, demonstrate excellent written / verbal communication skills, be a team player, be self-driven and have excellent Troubleshooting / Problem Solving skills to work within a challenging environment.My client is looking to interview this week, with a start date of 11th September- Please submit a copy of your CV to be considered.
