You will be joining a team delivering employee relations support to a network of Saint Gobain businesses across ourconstruction and building distribution brands. A fantastic opportunity to support some of the most respected brands in the construction materials sector including Jewson, Minster, and Artex.We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support managers across our network with day to day ER queries and the management of routine and complex ER casework against company HR policies. As a central services function the role will see you working with multiplebrands and stakeholders in a customer centric environment. You will be managing requests for support through the ER phone and mail systems and ensuring managers and colleagues receive appropriate advice and guidance in all matters relating to employee relationsactivities. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to ER policy development and wider activities across the team.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
