In this role, you will be a customer service professional, passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. We want you to be fulfilledby the work you do and ultimately enjoy coming to work for British Gypsum every day.British Gypsum is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brands, pioneering the use of drylining partitions, wall linings, ceilings and plaster finishes were able to create better buildings and leave a positive legacy of improving peoples lives.This role is a full time position.What you will be doing:Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.

Respond to customer enquiries, process orders and contact customers across multiple businesses using a variety of communication methods
Mastering more specialist services
Contribute to a continuous improvement culture, identifying opportunities and generating ideas to improve our service
Gather customer insight through the strong relationships you build to trigger business improvements
Show a desire and commitment to develop your own skills and knowledge to perform at your best
Mastering more specialist activities including managing export orders, dealing with bespoke orders, account management, customer care, and supporting our Plasterboard Recycling Scheme
