If this sounds like you, please read on to find out more about the exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to join our passionate and knowledgeable Customer Experience Team as one of our talented and enthusiastic Customer Experience Advisors.You will be working 2 shifts between 8am to 5pm (8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm) Monday to Friday. You will have the weekends, bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year off as we dont work these days! How will you support usThis role is working with British Gypsum in East Leake, Leicestershire where you will be responsible for supporting our Commercial customers via inbound phone calls, emails, electronic orders etc. for product orders.In the role as a Customer Experience Advisor you will provide exceptional customer service with every interaction you have with our customers whether that be verbal or written communication. You will need to be a team player who will support in all other areas, for example, with processing returns, dealing with bespoke orders, complaints and credits to name a few. You will be required to liaise closely with our internal teams who deal with Sales, Distribution, Logistics and Hauliers.What kind of person are we looking for First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working.   • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
