They are a company with over 10,000 happy customers that service different areas throughout the UK and are based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. We are currently looking for a PRODUCTIVE Sales Representative.The most important thing is that you have proven your willingness to work hard in past jobs. You will be able to show us some evidence of valuable contributions from your past experience in a similar job. You can demonstrate some of your own good results created by taking initiatives in projects or areas even in some challenging circumstances or environments. We are looking for you that can easily show us evidence of valuable results and a high level of activity from past similar jobs or functions.To know the basics of this field, have previous experience in telesales or knowledge in selling techniques is not necessary, but your ability to work fast to get good results is a must. You will receive in-house training where you will learn by doing and studying all activities and procedures exactly in order to handle the job stably and professionally. There will be need for keeping routines and at the same time handle some changes over time.The most hard and demanding parts of the job as well as the biggest obstacles in having and doing this job, is to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. You will be provided with "Hot Leads" coming from inbound calls, inbound emails, online enquiries and via leaflets distribution.The expected action of your job is to follow up on new "Hot Leads" by calling the prospects, discover what is needed and wanted, create a very highly detailed and error free quotation and follow up with the prospect after you have sent the quotation. You are also expected to "call back" existing clients in our CRM system and discover if they need our services once again.The expected result of your job as the Sales Representative is to "close the sale" by converting a quotation sent to a new prospect or existing client in our CRM system, into an actual paid sale. This is not necessarily an easy task as there are quite a few competitors on the market and in order to keep winning this company has to keep achieving sales targets and maintaining an outstanding customer service.We will support you in keeping up with the technology development within our companys field of expertise and CRM systems.
