Psychology Graduate Psychology Graduate - East Grinstead - ASAPPosition Overview:As a Psychology Graduate - School Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of our students. You will work closely with our students, teachers, and parents to create a safe and supportive atmosphereconducive to academic success and personal growth.Main Responsibilities of a Psychology Graduate:

  • Provide one-on-one or group support sessions for students who may be facing emotional or psychological challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement strategies to support students social and emotional development.
  • Assist in the identification and assessment of students with special needs or emotional concerns.
  • Offer guidance and support to students facing academic and personal challenges.
Requirements for the Psychology Graduate role:
  • Empathy and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
  • Patience and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt in a school environment.
