Job Description

Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business based in East Grinstead who are currently looking for a Marketing Support Executive to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis.The role of the Marketing Support Executive is to support and raise the companys profile with the industry and B2B partners by delivering new acquisitions through Dealer, Manufacturer and Affinity channels. You will act as subject matter expert and focalpoint for all industry and affiliate enquiries relating to propositions and schemes.The Marketing Support Executive will provide coordination and support for industry events, competitions and product promotion distribution. You will maximise opportunities to enhance the dealer and prospect member experience and journey. Operational support- maximising sales, commission and site occupancy.Whats in it for you

Key tasks/accountabilities:
  • Act as a focal point for Industry liaison in relation to Company customer queries and information provision. Maintain a schedule of dealers and monitor to ensure that the dealer prospect customer process delivers efficient and effective customer supportthat encourages the dealer to engage in the programme
  • Manage and support the development of the Companys Hirer Scheme, which would include increasing the overall number of rental companies accessing the products as well ensuring effective relationships are maintained with appropriate feedback. Ensure thatfees and commission are reconciled to records
  • Support the Companys network by promoting the customer join incentive scheme and ensuring that fees and incentives are reconciled to records. Support and grow the Companys training course incentive scheme
  • Manage and develop the Companys B2B online marketing portal and ensuring that all communications and projects support the overall Company brand and any specific B2B campaigns
  • Monitor, review and report on the performance of dealer and training course incentive scheme and Hire Scheme, and identify, document and provide analysis on areas of improvement and growth by providing regular feedback to the line manager
Essential skills & experience required:
  • Ideally dealer/intermediary/affinity channel experience in a customer-centric acquisition environment (ideally B2B/B2B2C)
  • Proven ability to create strong relationships with external business partners and suppliers
  • Exposure and understanding of contract management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Professional marketing or sales qualification is desirable
