Job Description

We are delighted to be working alongside our fast growing, award winning and very successful fulfilment and delivery services client as they seek to recruit two additional Customer Service Executives to join their friendly and growing teams. These rolesare available due to continuing strong business levels.Customer Service ExecutiveFull time permanent role - opportunity to work up to 50/50 home / office based once successfully passed probationary periodMon - Fri standard office hours - 40 hours per week. 0800-1700 or 0900-1800. No evenings or weekends!East Grinstead based - Plenty of free parking on site for staff. Around 25 minute walk from nearest mainline station. Buses available from nearest station to office location.Salary: £24000 - £26600 plus exceptionally good staff benefits, along with social events and annual staff partyFull training will be providedThis is an excellent opportunity to join a first class company who offer superb long term career opportunities.The roleAs a Customer Service Account Executive, you will provide front line inbound telephone and email support to clients, understanding their bespoke requirements and providing a high level of customer response and service via phone and email. The key responsibilitiesof the role will include:-

  • Resolving day to day queries relating to the successful delivery of goods
  • Processing all customer correspondence in line with company service standards
  • Working closely with Customer Services and warehouse Team Leaders along with external customers to ensure the smooth running of all contracts
  • Managing live chat, dealing with any inbound queries and passing these on to the relevant departments within agreed time-frames
Skills, experience and competencies required:Previous customer service experience, working to deadlines and service level commitmentsMicrosoft office skills, particularly Excel & OutlookAbility to work effectively as part of a teamGood standard of written and verbal communicationsPrevious knowledge and experience of logistics / delivery services (desirable not essential at all)Please apply now for further information and for immediate consideration!
