Customer Service Advisor£23,680PermanentEast Grinstead - hybrid available after probationAre you looking for an opportunity within a well-established and reputable organisation that encourages growth and developmentDo you have previous experience of working within a contact centre/call centreThis could be the next role for you!The Role:Working as part of a fun and friendly team, this role will see you being responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via telephone, email, LiveChat and social media and ensuring a first-class service is delivered at all times.Skills Required:

  • Previous contact centre/call centre experience
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer focused approach to work
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
The hours for this role are 9.00am - 5.30pm (October - February) and 9am - 6pm (March - September) due to the nature of the business. There will be hybrid working available which is working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week from home. You willbe required to work 4 Saturdays (half days) a year, with half a day off in lieu the following week, however this will not start in the first 6 months of joining.In addition to a fantastic working environment, you will also be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package including:
