Working closely with a Senior Account Manager, youll be responsiblefor meeting monthly targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Drive new business generation and account management, including outbound cold calls, support in call-out days, and following up on marketing leads.
  • Engage with customers through meetings, networking events, and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate purchases with company suppliers.
  • Receive ongoing training from vendors and third parties to refresh and extend your knowledge, with webinar training always available
  • Proactively manage renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Skills Required
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE grade 4 or above in Maths and English)
  • Disciplined and self-motivated with keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services
  • Engaging, approachable, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships
  • Self-motivated, productive, and organised
  • Innovative and creative, always seeking new ways to make meaningful contacts
  • Tenacious and resilient, overcoming objections and staying positive
  • Goal-driven, understanding, and owning targets to control results

  • Ideally, some experience in a customer-facing role (desirable)
