Customer Administrator / ExecutiveLingfield (driver required due to location)Monday - Friday (8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm)£20,000 - £22,000 starting salary, increasing after 6 months probation to £25,000.Benefits: Generous 4-week holiday allowance plus bank holidays. Full training and support with a great office family-run vibe!Are you looking for a role with training and support Do you have excellent Customer Service skills gained within retail/or similar and you want to move them into a busy customer service based role within an office Are you hard working and a team playerIf so, Office Angels have teamed up with a great employer looking for a new additional member for their Customer Service/Liaison team:Role and ResponsibilitiesThe customer administrator / executive is responsible for the processing and development of customer accounts and communication.You will have specific accounts assigned to you and will be responsible for implementing the day to day management of works for these accounts and liaising directly with the customers. (training provided)Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily customer communications via email and telephone
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders for works
  • Liaising with field account managers and planning managers to book engineering works and ensure the customer is kept up to date with all communications
  • Following the sales to works process, with a keen eye for detail, to ensure works are completed fully and to the highest standard.
  • Following up works with relevant documentation and reports
  • Compiling and monitoring quotes for various works as required, in conjunction with field account managers
  • Ensuring customer trackers and databases are kept up to date and accurate at all times, including samples, contracts, quotes, contacts etc.
  • Setting up and managing customer contracts in conjunction with field account managers
  • Developing customer relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring high standards of customer service and support are maintained at all times
  • Working closely with engineering and management teams
  • Maintaining customer folders, accurate filing and reporting, general administration tasks.
  • Providing support to senior management with regards to reporting, status updates, feedback on process efficiency and ad hoc tasks as required
