Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Crawley area, SussexA well established and reputable firm based in the Crawley area are looking to recruit a career minded, ambitious Residential Conveyancer (likely 2 years+ PQE, Solicitor/CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) to join their residential property team.The firm offers a friendly and approachable service with a view to helping clients along the whole conveyancing process. They assist both individuals and businesses within the Property sector but also offer services within many other areas of law. Your role will be to handle a broad and varied caseload of all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages. You must be a qualified Residential Conveyancer with 2yrs+ PQE in handling your own caseload. Youll be client focused and have good communication skills.
