Were now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.Assistant Manager to the BIM Manager of the Utilities division of Capita RE&I, responsible for applying BIM principles and delivering BIM documentation and handover deliverables to Clients.Job Title -Assistant BIM ManagerLocation- East GrinsteadWhat youll be doing:An Assistant BIM Manager is required to join an expanding team within the Utilities division of Capita Real Estate & Infrastructure. The candidate will be working closely with BIM Manager to implement BIM principles on all of the ongoing projects we are currently involved with.The Utilities division currently has a wide range of large infrastructure projects including Rail M&E, Utility Diversions, Water/Waste Water Treatment Plants, pumping stations, water pipelines, road tunnels, Building Services, as well as some other small scale projects. All of these projects are for reputable public sector government organisations and local authorities within the Utilities industry located in England, Scotland & Ireland.The candidate will be required to implement BIM workflows from project inception to handover and will need experience of the below criteria as part of this role:What were looking for:The successful candidate should either have a relevant BIM qualification and able to demonstrate significant experience working within a BIM focused role on a long-term project.
