Job Description

A friendly, growing company, my client produces and distributes a unique range of microbial products developed and manufactured on site to clients across the world.Due to expansion plans, they now have a diverse opportunity for an office manager.Responsibilities:

  • Assisting sales and marketing staff with processing of customers orders including entering sales orders onto the system and helping to get export documentation in place where required for shipping of customers orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse in order to facilitate smooth dispatch and invoicing of orders
  • Book keeping and Finance reporting including bank reconciliations and assisting with the quarterly and year end management reports.
  • Liaison with payroll provider to ensure staff salaries are processed every month.
  • Control of purchase ledger, logging supplier invoices and paying suppliers in a timely manner
  • Control of Sales Ledger including credit control
  • Involvement with Health and & Safety compliance.
  • Supporting the Director with employee HR queries
  • Maintenance of company policies and procedures including keeping up to date with current legislation
  • Answering and/or redirecting incoming telephone and email inquiries.
About You:
  • Experience in Quickbooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with HR processes and HR software
  • Preferably will have a good overall understanding of export
  • Self starter
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Excellent standard of English written and spoken.
