Working with site quality control,manufacturing operations and QA data you will investigate all issues or none conformities and customer complaints, utilising problem your solving tools and applying improvement tools such as FMEA, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, Fishbone and similar. You will developcontrol plans for our products and manufacturing processes and apply audit processes supported by the application of continuous improvement methodologies to achieve ongoing customer satisfaction.This role is very much concentrated on manufacturing operations. You will be a customer ambassador, identifying areas of risk or production issues and resolving them through the application of your recognised problem solving skills and solution implementation.Required Skills
