Job Description

New Product DeveloperCorbyHours - Monday to Fridayfull time, office basedSalary - £26,000-£31,000 DOEOur client, an innovative company located in Corby, is recruiting a New Product Developer on a permanent basis to play a crucial role in the development of new products. Working with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for generating ideas, developingconcepts, and launching new products that align with both business objectives and customer requirements.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in food science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in product development, preferably within the seasoning and spice industry
Proven success in managing multiple projects, meeting milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of the product development process, formulation, food ingredients functionality, and sensory testing methods
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in product development and perform root cause analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Innovative thinker, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
