Job Description

AdministratorOur client a leading Asbestos Consultancy & Removal company based in Norwich are actively seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, working either full time or part time 3, 4 or 5 days a week during the hours of 08.30 - 17.00 Monday- Friday. Paying a salary in excess of £22,000 DOE.

  • Do you have experience in diary management
  • Do you have Microsoft Office Experience
If so, then this is the role for you!As the Administrator you will have a great telephone manner and experience using Microsoft Office (Mainly Word, Excel & Outlook). Use of internal systems with full training provided.Duties:
  • Diary Management for Site Engineers
  • Contacting Tenants / Clients / Customers via email and phone.
  • Scanning of samples collected.
  • Ordering stationary.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to overall success through teamwork and good communication within the company
  • Systems; Use of AlphaTracker, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfil the role
  • Booking internal training courses.
  • Raising POs
  • Telephone Answering; Internal and external calls, message taking
  • Assist in other service administration as and when required
Essential:
  • To communicate efficiently and express your ideas clearly and confidently at all levels verbally, in print and via the telephone.
