We are actively recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator, on behalf of a family run company based in Earith, Cambridgeshire.Due to increased workload and expansion, our client is actively seeking a Sales Administrator to join their existing sales team.This company is family run and is a small close-knit team. Due to this, it is essential that you are sociable, confident, have the ability to work part of a team and independent.You will be responsible for, processing orders and raising quotations from telephone and email enquiries; chasing quotations after they are sent; answering the phone and directing calls to other departments; sending out samples and company literature; keeping the sample store up to date and samples labelled; keeping stationary and kitchen supplies stocked and reordering when needed; checking delivery invoices and print PODs on a daily basis; filing and maintaining the company filing system; booking and processing goods for despatch on a daily basis; printing ,scanning and photocopying and any other adhoc duties required by other staff.This is a full time opportunity, working 9:00 until 17:00, Monday to Friday in the office.To be a successful applicant for this position, you will need at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role, have an excellent telephone manner, have exceptional handwriting skills, be a quick thinker, highly organised, high attention to detail and most importantly the ability to work part of a team. Furthermore, you will need to be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft products.You will be earning a salary in-between £18,000 to £21,000 per annum. You will also receive 20 days holiday+BH, plus 1 day extra after each year of service. As an added benefit, there is also on-site free parking.Do not miss out on this great opportunity!
