Job Description

Reset Room SupervisorArk Acton AcademyASAP Start - TILL OCTOBER HALF TERM.The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with the Ark Academies across London and are currently looking for a Reset Room Supervisor.Aa a Reset Room Supervisor, you will need to supervise students who have been referred to the Reset Room within the school or by other schools and ensure students are completing work in accordance to the school policy.You would be required to manage the behaviour of students and ensure you are following the schools behaviour policy at all times.We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar setting
  • Proven success in providing support for management of a similar provision
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high levels of drive, enthusiasm and passion with proven ability to motivate others
  • Excellent written communication with ability to produce and evaluate reports
  • Knowledge of safeguarding children
Requirements
  • An awareness of keeping children safe, noticing safeguarding and welfare concerns, and knowing how and when to take appropriate action
  • A team player that can work collaboratively as well as using own initiative
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Must hold an enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be willing to process one
  • Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 professional references to cover the last 2 years
