We are currently recruiting for a FRA Supervisor to work for a large principal contractor which will be working on Social Housing properties so social housing background is essential. The works will be focusing on planned maintenance works and FRA experience is essential.You will be a key part of the on site management team. Reporting to the Senior management team, you will oversee the work undertaken on site by a range of subcontractors. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety standards are met on site and work is completed to a high standard on site.This role will be on scattered properties across the south but head office is Ealing, you need to be willing to travel for this role.In order to be considered for this role you must have -- Previous experience in a FRA position, Hold a SSSTS or SMSTS- Hold FIRAS or BM TRADA- Previous planned works experience- FRA experience- Experience managing operatives- Full, clean drivers licence- IPAF – CSCS – Scaffold - PASMAThis role will offer you the opportunity to work on a project from start to finish and the chance to progress further.
