Job Description

COVID-19 Engagement ManagerLocation: Ealing (Head Office) based, but working remotely is necessary at presentSalary: £29,000 -£32,000 per annum for FTE (inclusive of Outer London Weighting)Contract: 1-year FTC, subject to performance and continuous fundingHours: Full time, PermanentAre you passionate about making a difference to someone’s lifeEACH is a small-medium sized charity with a large impact where it matters - on local people’s lives. Our success is through our team of 50+ staff and volunteers, who are passionate and committed to empowering and enabling people to have better health and life choices.We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team as the Ealing Covid-19 Engagement Manager for the organisation.The successful post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering ongoing support to a BAME partnership/delivery consortia on Test and Trace that aims to provide Covid-19 related information and support initiatives to diverse communities affected by health inequalities.Key tasks of the COVID-19 Engagement Manager include:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Planning, coordination and delivery of schedule of community training across Ealing.
  • Supporting consortia members to promote, engage and deliver in line with Terms of Reference and quality and compliance.
  • Set up and support project frameworks and relevant structures e.g. steering group
  • Administer a budget for community providers, ensuring payments are accounted for reconciled.
  • In order to be successful in this role you must have:
  • A strong understanding of the needs, issues and concerns of diverse communities.
  • Experiencing of managing consortia or delivery networks.
  • The ability to develop partnerships with a range of organisations
  • A working knowledge of key local authority services, other voluntary and statutory agencies.
