The successful candidatewill have an excellent opportunity gain knowledge from sector leading professionals, to progress their career and work on exciting projects.The Position as a Town PlannerThe position as a Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have a full or licentiate membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in conducting researchand site appraisals, prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and Listed Building consents, responding to development plan consultations, and be confident working independently, as well as integrate with the multi-disciplinary team.Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
