Job Description

A growing company is looking to recruit full time Support Workers to join their team working in their residential service in the Tow Law area. In return, you will receive a salary of £8.91 per hour plus paid training, uniform will be provided if required, full PPE when appropriate and required, 3% pension contribution and opportunities to gain an NVQ.As a Support Worker you will be responsible for the following:

  • Following safeguarding procedures and protocols, managing service users finances within set budgets.
  • Providing support to the residents while maintaining their dignity and empowering them to live as independently as possible.
  • Administering medication as prescribed.
The successful Support Workers will have the following:
  • Hardworking and self-motivated outlook.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding for confidentiality and be able to deal with a broad range of challenging behaviours in a compassionate manner.
  • Must undertake an enhanced DBS check.
