No previous experience of either recruitment or construction is required. Few other roles, if any, will offer as much responsibility from the outset. Some of our best people have had previous careers in sales, travel, car hire, the armed forces, administration and even social care. Commission is uncapped, and the minimum first year OTE is at least £30,000, although for many earnings significantly outstrip this.
