Part-Time Recovery Worker (30 hours per week). Brook Street Social CareLocation: Durham / County Durham Salary: £19954 + benefits Brook Street Social Care are working in partnership with a national mental health charity who are looking for a part-time Recovery Worker to join their floating-support team in County Durham.As a Recovery Worker, you will oversee case load of clients and work with individuals to develop agreed, meaningful and achievable person-centred plans with positive outcomes that meet the individuals aspirations. You will complete a range of activities duringkey working sessions, ensure positive risk assessments are created and implemented in line with our policies and procedures and signpost people we support to other services for additional support.You must have experience in supporting vulnerable adults with ill mental health, in particular those struggling with addiction and those who have been involved with the criminal justice system. You will have a recovery-focused approach to encourage and supportpeople to identify and achieve their ambitions.
