This is a full-timer permanent contract working in the organisations Construction Academy based in Durham. They are involved in the welfare to work, work based learning, employability and skills sector.Role and Responsibilities:The roles and responsibilities of a Property Maintenance Operative Tutor will include:- Support learners with their PMO programme, as well as their Functional Skills in Maths and English (where necessary)- Provide learners with advice and guidance to the learner and employer regarding the programme, supporting learners in the workplace and guiding the learners to their EPA/ gateway.- Delivery high quality training to learners, with constant progress updates and make alterations to delivery where needed for specific learner needs.Experience and Skills:The ideal Property Maintenance Operative Tutor will have:- An Assessors qualification, or be prepared to work towards it.- Vocational experience in related trades, such as Plumbing, Electrician, Plasterer, Tiler, Painter & Decorator, relevant, engineering discipline- A teaching qualification, or commitment to achieve a recognised Level 5 qualification.- Demonstrated involvement in recognise trade at management level.Apply today for the role of Property Maintenance Operative Tutor!
