Job Description

Paralegal (Litigation)I am delighted to be working with a Legal client who are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their newly established team in Durham. The firm is expanding and theyre looking for ambitious Paralegals to join the team on a permanent basis.Salary: 18k - 20kQualifications:

  • Canididates who have an LLB, LLM or CILEX qualifications preferred.
Experience:
  • Paralegal Litigation experience in PI, RTA, Negligence or Cavity Wall Insulation preferred.
  • Be confident and professional when engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Have a passion for their work and a determination to progress within the role.
  • Have strong organisational skills.
  • Ideally, be available to start the role immediately or in February.
Responsibilities:
  • The Litigation Paralegal will support the senior Fee Earner with pre and post Litigated case files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Resolving client queries.
  • Preparing bundles for Court.
