As a Network Engineer you will monitor and maintain our network, to ensuring the delivery of a reliable, secure and efficient network. In the event of incidents, they will respond and manage these to resolution whilst demonstrating a strong customer focusand excellent inter-personal skills.Key Responsibilities:Provides good Customer Service.Respond and resolve incidents/faults/developments within the communications infrastructure.Effective prioritisation and scheduling of new requirements.Provide documentation on solutions and implementations.Monitoring of the Network.Monthly review of bills.Be proactive in identifying solutions.Liaison and negotiations with Service providers.Liaison with Northern/Southern colleagues and understanding of North/South technical infrastructure.Reporting of critical incidents re: networks, software, hardware & sites.ProfileKey Skills & Experience:
