Legal Secretary, Residential Conveyancing, Administration, Property Law, Permanent, DurhamAn experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required by a well-established law firm in Durham to join their busy Conveyancing Department. With over 80 years combined experience, this practice is here to advise, guide and provide practical solutions to their clients legal needs. Key Responsibilities: Completion of legal forms and documents Audio Typing Diary management Assisting Clients with enquiries Email and call management Administration upon client files Expert knowledge of conveyancing, SDLT and the completion process.Key Skills: Touch typing skills with a reasonable WPM Good attention to detail Excellent planning and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team To demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and independently Competent in using Word, Excel and other Microsoft packagesThe role will entail primarily working with the Partner of the firm as their main secretarial support.
