Job Description

Lorien are currently working with one of the UKs largest retail savings organisations with over 25 million customers.The organisation is going through a large transformation programme for its outsourced services and involved a number of procurement exercises that started out in 2021.As part of their growth, they are looking for a Head of Content Design to lead their growing and multi functional team covering areas such as Service Design, Service Ownership and management, data and customer experience strategy.This role is suitable for an content practitioner, that would be managing and developing a team of content professionals. Responsibility includes assuring content quality across the team and that produced by other teams and external partners, and makingsure that content aligns to the organisations corporate and communications strategy and purposes, while meeting the needs of users.Specification:

  • Directing the development of the customer engagement and content strategy working with the Service Development, brand and communications teams.
  • Oversee the transition and enhancement of content through the migration to new content management platforms
  • Work closely with the Service Management team and others to plan how content design will underpin service improvement, be a point of escalation and support for problems, and develop future projects
  • Be the organisations Content Design expert
  • Keep up to date with industry changes and share this with the Content Design community within the organisation
