Ideally you will hold a certificate of Professional Competence in road transport management or willing to work towards. You will be confident in a maintenance and construction environment, with knowledge of purchasing general supplies, materials and plant tools, van stock levels and technologies, also with the confidence to check health and safety arrangements, suchas data sheets and COSHH, and ensure work equipment is fit for purpose.With a win-win mentality, you strive to find a solution everyone is happy with and you listen to what others want and need and consider this when deciding what to do.
