Fire & Security Service Supervisor/Team Lead£40,000 - £45,000 + Car + 22 Days Holiday + Phone + Laptop + PensionDurham, North EastAre you a Service manager from a Fire and Security background or Team leader/Supervisor looking for a step up into a senior role where you can progress, develop and shape your own departmentAre you looking for complete autonomy in a role where you can build a team, develop processes and drive quality On offer is a chance to join a growing business where you can have an influential say on the success of the company.You will be required to manage audits, design systems and manage 10 service engineers.This company are a newly established business with an amazing reputation as a one stop shop for Fire, Security and alarm systems.This company are looking for a dynamic, ambitious individual who wants to progress and grow with the company.THE ROLE

  • Designing fire, intruder alarm, access control and CCTV systems
  • Ability to implement and oversee the relevant procedures to work to a BAFE SP203 compliant structure
  • Assist with maintenance and monitoring contracts to ensure we are compliant
  • Manage and audit our team of engineers to make sure they are working to a compliant standard
  • Planning the maintenance and installation of Fire and Security systems, including repairs, fault-finding and small works
  • Planning the on-call rota for out of hours reactive works
  • Conduct regular safety and quality audits on site with your engineers and sub-contractors to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with defined procedures
