Field Manager (construction / ventilation)DurhamNegotiable rate, company vehicle and fuel card provided, long term contract 12 months plus or 3 months temp to permanent.Our client is a national contractor who work within the domestic heating installation and ventilation sector. They are looking to recruit a Field Manager to work within their ventilation team. The role will be managing teams of Ventilation installers whichinclude trickle and window vents. This role would suit someone from a building background i.e., Joiner, Window Fitter or multitrader, with management experience within their field.Whilst managing the install teams the role will also be customer facing, booking orders, customer complaints and problem solving. Territory covered will be northeast, Yorkshire and the northwest. Some travel will be required into these areas however mostwork can be managed remotely from Durham. Long term contract or 3 months temp to perm on offer. Negotiable rate dependant on background skills and experience. CSCS card would be beneficial although not essential as this is 100% domestic only work. Companyvan, uniform and fuel card provided.Must be fully computer literate as all works, orders and progress reports are recorded on a handheld tablet.
