The CompanyNigel Wright are currently supporting a recognised and established food manufacturing business, based in the North East, with the recruitment of an Engineering Manager. The site is currently driving a change agenda, and the hire of a new Engineering Managerwill be pivotal in leading that change across the Engineering function. Upskilling the team, whilst building strong cross functional relationships, creating a reactive Engineering team that can really drive OEE and output.The RoleThe role requires an individual who has experience operating at management level with Engineering. Preferably with food experience, although proven experience developing a team and a strong culture fit is more important.
